When will my package be sent out after payment?
All package will be sent out within 2 working days after cleared payment.

How long will I be received my package?
Normally it needs 2 weeks to UK, US, Australia, etc.,
To Russia, Italy, East Europe etc., will take longer, nomally 3 weeks.
Sometimes if delivery meets peak season, special occassion may cause more 1 week package delayed.

How can I do If I find my buying item was damaged/not as describe?
Not worry, if you find our product was damaged/not as described, just take a photo & send to us,
we wiil soon settle your case by reasonable compensation after judgement.

How can I do If I have not received my buying item for 2 weeks?
Please send us a note, and we will go track at Hong Kong Post Office at once,
if finally Buyer surely have not received the item & certified by Hong Kong Post Office,
we will return fully refund to the buyer, not worry.
